About ESTA

"The situation in Iraq; terrorism that becomes the everyday-threat and a world that turns more and more towards globalisation.

All those unforeseeable phenomenon’s, have a real impact on the national and international activities of our companies. In Europe, that everyday consolidates its position in the globe where there is unbridled competition, it seems to me that there is more than ever the need to unite us together within our profession.
ESTA should not only have a goal to work towards harmonisation of European legislation and rules but ESTA should also be the “European Crane and Heavy Haulage Association”.

All companies of every European country that specialise in cranes, crane hire, and heavy haulage, should unite and become members of ESTA. Our equipment manufacturer friends experience the same problems as we do, and participate in the ESTA as “Associated members”.

With your help and participation, we want to forge “a great European Association” where we can all meet together to get to know each other better, exchange ideas, develop our European companies and upgrade our technically advanced profession."
